The apartment is all on one level, with bi-folding doors opening seamlessly out onto the private walled garden and our outdoor bath.
There is cupboard space and places to hang clothes/store shoes etc. There is also an ironing board/iron and a hair dryer kept here as well.
The bathroom has an excellent shower, there is always hot water and plenty of towels for you to have.
The wifi is super speedy and reliable. We also have Virgin TV with full access to most channels, including Sky Sports.
The kitchen includes: Nespresso machine, toaster, fridge, oven, kettle, induction hob etc. We include nespresso coffee pods, teas and milk.
I have an outstanding knowledge of excellent restaurants/food outlets in Edinburgh. I'm a bit of a foodie and can recommend some great places to eat.

The whole apartment is for you and is not shared with anyone else.
You have your own gate and do not share access with anyone else.
Interaction with Guests
Arrival and departure is by keysafe. You will be sent full instructions before you arrive. You can contact me by phone at anytime during your stay.
Check-in is any time after 3pm and check-out times are 11am. It's really helpful to know your travel plans so please let me know what time you intend to arrive and depart and by what method of transport when you book.
